SOCIAL & HEALTH CONCEPT
We developed the concept 'onze stadskwekerij' from a sustainable perspective: bring the own green harvesting back into the city and make the link between producer and consumer transparent. We work towards a more sustainable way of producing food, whereby for example local peppers, by intermediate trade, not need to be shipped for three weeks. In addition, we need to develope an affection for fresh and healty food in our society.
